Not sure if you've already played the game before, so I won't spoil anything for you. The Quantum Pipeline - This can be kind of a cheat mod if you abuse it. ZyloxDragon: There is an unoffical patch for Fallout 3 on the Nexus, and there is a script extender that is required for quite a bit of mods if you choose to install anything else.
